How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us at support@jonescartel.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — check back for updates.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, email us at support@jonescartel.com with your order number.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Final sale items and opened electronics are not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Many of our products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are listed on individual product pages. For warranty claims, contact us and we'll help coordinate.
